When the owner of this project severed his contract with the original GC, Commerce Construction gladly stepped in to help salvage the owners efforts for his growing company. Commerce consulted heavily with the architect and re-designed the plans utilizing a custom engineered Butler^® building and incorporating the Ford Signature Design standard.
