One year – it doesn’t sound like much – but it means 365 days of dedication to our core values: teamwork, building lasting relationships, and professional work ethic. After more than a year of unexpected hurdles for the industry, we have never once wavered from those three central beliefs.
CCS was involved in some exciting new developments during 2021. We helped welcome HTeaO, a brand-new concept in Kansas, to the Wichita area and started a new construction project to enable Panhandle Federal Credit Union to expand its services in Winfield, KS. Following the success of previous work with Seventeenth WSU Apartments, we began a third project with them to add 38 multi-bed units to its growing community. Throughout the year, we kept our self-performing crews busy on projects for Bell Mirror & Glass, Equity Bank, HFG Architecture, Infectious Disease Consultants, Kansas Gastroenterology, MidAmerican Credit Union, REALTORS® of South-Central Kansas, West Evangelical Free Church, and more!
Life at CCS is constantly evolving, and there was truly impactful growth in 2021. We welcomed several additions to #TeamCCS – as well as new friends for our ever-growing #PetsofCCS. We continued to support our teammates in their roles with local chapters of IFMA, CFMA, and NAWIC, as well as in their different individual community involvements. Unique to 2021, CCS held its very own all employee community event – Tails & Tape Measures – and built five doghouses in support of the KS Humane Society.
