Conversion and interior finish of a carwash into mini office suites and warehouse space. A local developer had an idea for a new concept to take an abandoned carwash and give it new purpose in a high traffic area. Our existing relationship with the developer allowed us to work with him from the start and throughout the entire design-build process. This business center boasts 670 sq. ft. to 2,445 sq. ft. multiuse suites available to rent per month. Amenities include automatic overhead doors, floor drains in warehouse, separately metered suites, and LED lighting.
