Candlewood Hotel Company

New construction of a two-story, conventional steel office building located at Wilson Estates Office Park. The building has an outdoor patio, a stunning lobby, open staircase, and second-floor balcony. Originally, it housed a major national brand with its headquarters in Wichita, built for a local entrepreneur who owned it. At the time, it was our largest project to date – we were selected based on our reputation and well-known code of ethics. We approached this build with a zero punch list mentality and a commitment to high-quality work; these principles remain today.
