Lawyers – Toben Expansion

Addition and remodel of an existing office for a firm looking to hire more staff to support their growing number of clients. The addition allowed for 11 new offices as well as a third conference space, and the remodel included moving the main entry way, waiting room, and reworking the parking lot to allow for the expansion while maintaining adequate parking space. During construction, detailed plans and wayfinding were created to keep building occupants and visitors safe and minimally disrupted as they remained open to the public.
