Firehouse Subs Derby

The anchor tenant in a newly constructed strip center, bringing an innovative design new to
the greater Wichita area. This model has a fresh and unique layout built around the addition
of a drive-thru. A streamlined prep/kitchen layout ensures efficient service for dine-in and
drive-thru customers. The interior highlights a roomy seating area, order counter, self-serve
beverage station, and two restrooms. We worked closely with the owner to enhance the
space to meet their needs while adhering to franchise requirements.
