This new construction project introduces a familiar concept to a different part of town. Similar to the first
location, it includes retail space, a drive-thru, and a tea brewing prep area. Unlike the first
location, this building’s layout varies, featuring mirrored retail and prep areas on opposite
sides, and the owner, drawing from their initial experience, has allotted greater space for the
walk-in refrigerator and preparation areas.
