A third generation business was looking to expand while gaining efficiencies within its original and existing locations footprint. Two structures were demolished to make way for a new pre-engineered metal building which included two dock high doors, two additional overhead doors, and proprietary internal mechanical and production equipment. The extensive office remodel included precise phasing to keep core processes functioning through the duration of the project.
