Seventeenth Gentry Apartments

New construction of two-story apartment buildings with a combined 84 units, consisting of one, two and four bedroom configurations to house 147 individuals. Units include washer and dryer, bidet style toilets, granite countertops; and a swimming pool for the complex. CCS’s performance on this project for Seventeenth Management resulted in subsequent engagements.
