Design-build, pre-engineered Butler^® metal building, created through long-term collaboration and open communication with the owner. A unique element of this project was the need to raise the elevation of the building 7 feet due to it’s location within a flood plain. This project included office space, two covered heated bays for loading and a comfortable lounge area that seats up to 100 people. The maintenance area has room for 9 buses in the maintenance/prep area, 2 buses in the wash bays, and 2 buses in the body shop/paint area. There is 350,000 square feet of exterior parking area to accommodate customers as well as their fleet.
