Our maintenance team is equipped with a large array of tools and supplies to help with anything from furniture assembly and hanging banners to addressing a trip hazard and emergency repair.
Occasionally, your maintenance needs may require a special project. Our team can do demolition, concrete, miscellaneous structural steel work, millwork and carpentry work, hardware, drywall and ceiling work. We partner with subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, painting, and flooring. Some of our typical special projects include changing out ceiling tile, moving walls and doors, replacing hardware, concrete equipment pads, and much more.
