This project was an exercise in value engineering to revitalize an underperforming retail space for the developer and tenants. To accomplish this, we strategically demolished fifty percent of the existing strip center, creating the opportunity to add a drive-thru endcap for LaMar’s Donuts and upgrade the entire building façade. This transformation not only improved the functionality of the space but also allowed the developer to add a new standalone building and bring in a fresh tenant.
