This Butler® pre-engineered metal building was a
design-build solution for a growing international corporation. This structure is 40,000 square feet of clear span metal building to allow for more unimpeded, usable working space. In addition to the warehouse, there is finished office space with a reception area, restrooms, an executive suite, offices, and a kitchenette. This building was purposefully designed to adapt easily for future growth.
