Carissa Gill, DDS planned to move her practice from a leased location to one she owned that also included additional visibility. The location she chose was on a high-traffic corner and previously housed a convenience store. The shell remained intact with façade upgrades. The interior was completely demolished to accommodate new mechanical for the dental equipment, patient stations, and restrooms.
