Multi-phase, wood-frame new construction of four 3-story buildings, totaling 108 units in a variety
of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts. Located in Northwest Wichita, this development aimed to
introduce a set of luxury apartments to a rapidly growing area. Each unit boasts premium
finishes and modern amenities, including garages, carports, a pool, a BBQ station, and a
fitness center
