Addition to an existing pre-engineered metal building, with a structure to complement the existing facility. This project challenged us to plan within a finite amount of space, and to utilize the space that was available in the best possible way. We utilized a portion of the parking lot and effectively planned for manufacturing processes while re-aligning the parking to adhere to space per occupants regulations.
