Seventeenth Yale Apartments Phase 1

New construction of two, 3-story apartment buildings with 59 units, consisting of one-, two-, and four-bedroom configurations for 81 total bedrooms. The first building houses the leasing office, gathering space, and workout facility on the ground level and apartments on the upper floors. Units include a washer and dryer, granite countertops, and a swimming pool for the complex. CCS’s previous work for Seventeenth Management resulted in this and subsequent engagements.
